    What is HDG (hot-dip galvanized) square steel tube？ 

    HDG (hot dip galvanized) square pipe is a steel pipe that is hot-dip galvanized with black high-frequency welded steel pipe as raw material. First of all, the steel pipe shall be pickled. In order to remove iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, after pickling, the steel pipe shall be cleaned in ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or mixed ammonium chloride and zinc chloride aqueous solution tank, and then sent to the hot dip galvanizing tank for galvanizing treatment. After several times of hot dip galvanizing, the galvanized steel pipe shall be taken out for cooling, and finally packaged in bundles. The hot-dip galvanized square tube has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.

    Use of  hot-dip galvanized square pipe？

    Hot dip galvanized square and rectangular tubes are widely used in manufacturing industries such as construction, machinery, coal mines, chemical industry, railway vehicles, automobile industry, highways, bridges, containers, sports facilities, agricultural machinery, petroleum machinery, exploration machinery, etc.

    Galvanized square pipe is the uniform name of galvanized black high-frequency welded square pipe and galvanized black high-frequency welded rectangular pipe, that is, steel pipes with equal side length. It is made of processed rolled strip steel. Generally, the strip steel is disassembled, leveled, curled, welded into a round pipe, then rolled into a square pipe from the round pipe, and then cut into the required length. Usually 50 pieces per package. Also called square and rectangular cold-formed hollow section steel, respectively called square pipe and rectangular pipe, code f and j.
