    ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) galvanized steel pipe is a type of steel pipe manufactured through high-frequency resistance welding technology, and then hot-dip galvanized to enhance its corrosion resistance. This type of steel pipe is widely used in various fields such as construction, water conservancy, and electricity due to its high precision, high strength, and good surface quality.

    1. Manufacturing process
    High frequency resistance welding (ERW)
    Forming: The strip or steel plate is gradually bent into a circular cross-section through a series of rollers.
    Welding: The resistance heat generated by high frequency current is used to melt the edges, so that the two sides of the edges are fused under pressure to form a weld. This method does not require additional filler materials, ensuring the consistency of the weld joint with the parent material.
    Sizing and cooling: After welding, the steel pipe is adjusted to size and cooled by a sizing machine.
    Inspection: The finished steel pipe is subjected to comprehensive quality inspection, including appearance inspection, dimension measurement, water pressure test, etc.

    Q5：How to prolong the service life of hot-dip galvanized square pipe?

    In fact, if we want to use it for a longer time, our usual maintenance is indispensable. Our square tubes can be pickled, which is mainly to remove some stains on the surface of our hot-dip galvanized square tubes. But after pickling, we also want them to be cleaned again with an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution, and then put them in the hot dip tank. After so many maintenance steps, our hot-dip galvanized square tube can be used for a long time.
