In order to accelerate the construction of intelligent construction pilot cities in Tianjin, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development on Announcing Intelligent Construction Pilot Cities" (Jian Shi Han [2022] No. 82), and based on the review and recommendation of various district housing and construction commissions, 30 projects including the "City Huanhu Hospital Original Site Reconstruction and Expansion Project" were selected as the first batch of intelligent construction pilot projects in Tianjin, and a list of pilot project construction units was announced.

The second is to create intelligent construction industry clusters and cultivate new industries, new forms of business, and new models. The third is to cultivate backbone construction enterprises with key core technologies and system solution capabilities, and enhance the international competitiveness of construction enterprises.
