What are the main cutting methods for rectangular tubes?

The following five cutting methods of rectangular tubes are introduced:
（1） Pipe cutting machine
The pipe cutting machine has simple equipment, less investment, and is widely used. Some of them also have the function of chamfering and automatic loading and unloading and aggregate devices. Pipe cutting machine is a common equipment used in square and rectangular pipe finishing production line;
（2） Pipe saw
It can be divided into pipe saw, band saw and circular saw. The pipe saw can cut many square tubes in rows at a time, with high output power, but the equipment structure is messy and the investment is high; Band saws and circular saws have low production power and small investment. The circular saw is suitable for cutting rectangular tubes with smaller outer diameters, while the band saw is suitable for cutting rectangular tubes with larger outer diameters;
（3） Sawing machine
The sawing machine is characterized by neat cutting and convenient welding during construction. The defect is that the power is too low, that is, too slow;
（4） Machine tool blocking
The plugging power is very low, and it is generally used for square tube sampling and sample preparation;
（5） Flame blockage
Flame cutting includes oxygen cutting, hydrogen oxygen cutting and plasma cutting. This cutting method is more suitable for cutting seamless steel pipes with extra large pipe diameter and extra thick pipe wall. When plasma cutting, the cutting speed is fast. Due to the high temperature during flame cutting, there is a heat affected zone near the cutting and the square tube end surface is not smooth.
